You are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and burnt out with worry and negative thoughts. You deeply want a change but don’t know where to start. Taking the first step can be daunting, though you know you can’t continue living this way anymore. You want to become better.  

 

I am deeply passionate about my work. I personally suffered for several years with poor mental health and poor life choices, and subsequent mental illness. I became a therapist because it was a therapist who helped me through the difficulty and helped me imagine new possibilities, realise my inner strengths, and helped me create a better life. My experience of therapy made me want to do the same for others as my career. 

 

I believe people can live without mental suffering, without fear, and live life with peace of mind, purpose, and experience the world positively.

 

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Student of Counselling & Psychotherapy 4 year BSc Hons. I studied and trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School (CPHT), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy training. I am a member of NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy) and the AFSFH (Association For Solution Focused Hypnotherapy)

 

I am currently studying a 4 year BSc Honours Counselling and Psychotherapy at Middlesex University/ through PCI College Belfast accredited by the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

 

Clients often come to me with questions like:

 – Why does my mind always feel like it’s racing?

 – Why am I always worrying about the future?

 – Why am I stuck in the past, worried about past events?

 – How can I sleep better?

 – How can I make better health choices?

 – Why am I so stressed out?
